I love making my healthy meals colourful and usually include chicken, meats or potatoes.

Now I know it’s cold outside, it’s really, really cold in most places right now. Gosh, I do hate winter. Frozen fingers aren’t fun! Anyway, with the season of love approaching I thought I’d help you bring some winter sunshine into to your life with a romantic holiday dish, without the holiday though! However, if you shut your eyes really tight for long enough and turn your heating on full blast, you kind of start to feel like you’re in the Caribbean, right? This dish juicy, fruity and oh so romantic! Learn to make it here:

The type of love I’m talking about today comes in the form of a gorgeous salad. It always amazes me what great flavours you can create with the most simple of ingredients. I’m not really one to blow my own trumpet but this salad is GOOD! The tomatoes, halloumi and olives all combined into one is just stunning! I could eat this all day, everyday! You have to try this! Okay, I think I’ve done enough convincing now. Recipe Below:

Happy Monday beautiful people! Today I’ll be showing you all how to make a low carb bacon cheeseburger by dismissing a few ingredients that you’d usually find in a burger, like an actual burger bun!  I made this at home a few days ago and absolutely loved it, the flavours are stunning and the dish allows you to be full without feeling overly bloated like you’d usually get from bread. I swear I didn’t miss the bun at all! My family and friends were so shocked when they tried, it’s SO good! It’s also a great option if you’re trying to reduce the amount of bad carbohydrates you take in. So sit back, relax and enjoy this bacon cheese burger! Get the recipe here:

If you’ve ever been to T.G.I. Friday’s you’ll know they offer a delicious range of meats cooked in a Jack Daniel’s BBQ sauce (and yes it actually contains the authentic whiskey in it, how cool!). It’s very flavoursome with a slight sweetness to it, If you haven’t tried it, I promise you’ll love it! Today I’m going show you how to whip up the Jack Daniel’s Smokey BBQ Ribs. It’s so simple to make and 10x more cheaper than going out to eat it. So, dine with jack at home tonight with this recipe:

It’s officially that time of the year! The time where everyone trades the cookies and hot chocolate for salad and a green juice. As we all try to get into the spirit of things, I thought I’d help you all out a little with one of my yummy salad recipes. Salads never ever have to be boring, nor do they have to be cold. If like me you live in London (or most other parts of the world right now) it’s bloody cold! So the last thing you want to do is dip into a cold meal. That’s why this salad is warm, meaty and most importantly, filling! Get the recipe here:
