When chocolate is plastered everywhere and on everything, you know what time it is, Easter! I’m personally not a fan of the huge chocolate eggs (it makes my teeth hurt) . However, I do like chocolate butter-cream and cupcakes and mini eggs and Smarties. So I figured I’d share my Easter egg nest cupcake recipe. They’re super moist and very, very simple to make and absolutely adorable! Ingredients  1 cup of self-raising flour 1 cup of sugar (granulated or caster) 100g of Stork 3 medium eggs 1 tsp of vanilla extract 1 tsp of baking soda. The awkward moment when you’re supposed to be blogging a recipe and you totally  forget to take pictures! Yeah,I was bloody hungry. Luckily for me this recipe is super simple! So,I decided to whip up another leaving me with two cakes! That’s my breakfast sorted for the next week *pats tummy*. Moving on today’s recipe is a very, very simple vanilla cake. ALL HAIL, THE PEACH CRUMBLE. This is by far one of my most favoured desserts, the warmness, the coldness, soft, crunchy. The peach crumble has it all going on.  It’s the perfect follow up to any dinner! But should I tell I tell you what the best thing about is? It only takes 20 minutes to make and you don’t even have to do much. With the smallest of efforts you get maximum satisfaction, and that I promise you. So lets get baking!
